Return Policy

FreeStream TV Products Return and Refund Policy

Domestic: Orders will be accepted for a refund if the FreeStream Media Center is returned to the Home Office within 30 days of the ship date.  We credit less S&H (shipping and handling) and a $5 return fee per order. The credit will be issued within two weeks of the FreeStream TV box arriving in our Home Office.

International: Orders will be accepted for a refund if the FreeStream Media Center is returned to the Home Office within 45 days of the ship date. Returns must be sent to the below address. We credit less S&H (shipping and handling) and a $5 return fee per order. The credit will be issued within two weeks of the FreeStream TV box arriving in our Home Office.

**It is strongly recommended that all returns be sent by a guaranteed/insured method of shipping because credits will ONLY be issued if the products are actually received in our office.

Product Warranty:

Each Media Center comes with a 5 Year warranty.

If you experience any physical defects with your Media Center or technical issues with the Android operating system or FreeStream program, you must contact Technical Support to complete the troubleshooting process. If the troubleshooting process does not fix the issue you are experiencing we stand behind our product with a 5 Year warranty, please see below for complete details. If you experience any technical issues with the Media Center after the refund period, you must contact Technical Support to complete the troubleshooting process. If the troubleshooting process does not fix the issue you are experiencing, we will provide you with a return number to return your Media Center for either repair or replacement. Repair or replacement will be determined once the box is received.

You must only use apps (or APK files) and addons found in the TV Store, App Store or Google Play. If you use or download apps and/or addons from other sources, you do so at your own risk, and this voids the warranty. We will not replace any Media Center that is damaged while downloading or using apps and/or addons downloaded from any other source. We do not provide Technical Support for any apps or addons. These are optional programs intended to enrich your user experience with the FreeStream Media Center. If you have questions about or need Technical Assistance with any app and/or add-on you must contact the developer directly.

Using the Factory Rest can damage the Operating System your FreeStream Media Center. For this reason the Factory Reset option should only be used by Technical Support or when instructed to do so by Technical Support. We will do our best to repair any damage caused by the Factory Rest, but we will not replace any FreeStream Media Center that is damaged as a result of the unauthorized use of the Factory Rest.
